Canelle Braiding Lounge — Cancellation Policy At Canelle Braiding Lounge, we value your time and ours. As an appointment-based salon, each session is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized and high-quality experience. Appointment Changes and Cancellations Clients may cancel or make changes to their appointments up to 24 hours in advance. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your final payment at the time of service. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. This policy helps us honor the time and preparation dedicated to each client. Appointment Preparation We kindly ask that you arrive ready for your appointment. If additional services are needed, please add them prior to your scheduled time to ensure proper accommodation.
